1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Any used grooming products (e.g., shaving creams, balms, pre-shave oils)
Opened or unsealed skincare items
Gift cards or downloadable software
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@gillettehub.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
